Great long weekend

We come to the Aspens every year with all the Family (15 of us )and rent 4 places , 1 for each of our Kids and their Family. This was our 12 th year. Your condo #302, was very nice for us ( the seniors- Mom and Dad ) clean, nicely updated, air conditioned, Hopefully we will be able to continue the tradition next year, and book with You again.

We loved our stay at the Aspens! My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and this place was perfect. The kitchen was modern and had everything we needed in it (coffee maker was awesome!). The lounge area with the fire is super cosy, comfy and a great place to relax. The selection of movies to purchase on the TV was wide and affordable. Bed was big and relatively comfortable, bathroom clean and spacious enough for two people. What you get for the price is amazing - especially because it’s ski in and ski out. Hot tubs were lovely and a great way to relax after a big day on the slopes. Only downfall was the shower - temperature regulation didn’t seem to work very well. A couple of days we had cold showers that wouldn’t get hot. Wasn’t fun after a cold long day!

Our room/condo was perfect. When walking into it, we marvelled at how clean it was! Then the view of both mountains outside the balcony, the pool and hot tubs! Well stocked, comfortable and spacious. The room has everything you will need, whether there for a night or a week or longer. The ski in/out location is a 5 second ski to the Blackcomb gondola and there is even ski valet for your convenience. We will be staying here again, later in the season.

Nice, great place, has everything you need on a ski vacation!

Cozy, nice place. Very conveniently located almost on the slope, real ski-in ski-out. Loved that there is a front desk, that could help with early arrival or check out to store your luggage. Unit has kitchen and grill on the balcony. Perfect for a dinner. Enjoyed every moment there. Thank you

We love staying at The Aspens. We have been in 302 for 3-4 years. Like the layout. Couple of suggestions, there are tacks or nails coing up when you transition from the kitchen to the living room. Other than that we love the place. Also we really enjoy the Bar BQ. We hope to visit again in August 2020.

Very nice accommodation. Bed was very comfortable and location was perfect. Lack of Wifi was a bit of an on going issue but with a view like that, who needs wifi! Room was well stock with everything we needed. Would stay at this location again.

Th unit was very comfortable, clean, and tastefully updated. The Aspens is a great place. The onion issue of course is hot warm it can get inside. Without a fan in the living room it would have been unbearable. More fans are needed in the summer. We love the convenience of where the Aspens is on Blackcomb.

Well done part-reno'd comfortable condo

The space is well reno'd (we presume partial as kitchen/bath cabinets were re-fronted only and tiling is original) with attractive furniture and decor. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you really need for cooking (but bring a sharp knife!). Cozy queen bed, and comfy living area furniture. The only bad point was the internet - quite slow and often problematic. Other than that, all was good. Blackcomb Peaks does a great job of managing the property - getting into the unit is a breeze, there are lots of fluffy clean towels, salt and pepper is supplied and they are very quick to respond to any needs.

As usual you cannot fault the location of the aspens. Unit 302 proved to be quiet and comfortable. The furnishings were modern. However we found the bed uncomfortable as the bed dipped in the middle. The kitchen although well appointed for cooking meals only had salt and pepper provided. In previous aspen condos there has been numerous condiments in the units for guests to use

As for the split king bed, although the great benefit is the ability to easily switch from a king bed to twins, we understand that the sleeping experience with split king beds may not be as satisfactory as with a solid king size mattress. This is why we have contacted the homeowner to consider a mattress upgrade and we are also looking at some effective split king fillers & toppers to address this con side. Lovely unit. Clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. 2 minor details: We found the bed in the bedroom to be a bit soft and the mattress seemed to sag in the middle. Also, the gas in the BBQ was in the red. Although we had enough gas to cook our meal I just thought I'd mention that it was low and that perhaps the BBQ gas should be checked regularly before renting out the suite. Thanks so much helping our family create lasting memories. We'll be back!

We always encourage guests to call our toll free if they need any assistance at all as we keep spare tanks on site and can replace them instantly. We do check the propane levels by lifting tanks up however it is hard to tell exactly when they are fully used. Unfortunately, it is a safety issue for tanks to be partially empty and in the building unattached to the BBQ thus we ask guests to contact us when they need a refill. We do mention this in our unit binders located at all of our properties. Regardless of this, we hope you will come back again and book your next rental home with us as we would love to have you. Had a great stay at the Aspens 302. I liked it so much I want to buy into the complex! It was perfect for what we needed. the price seemed high but then that just made me want to be an owner :)

Th unit was very comfortable, clean, and tastefully updated. The Aspens is a great place. The onion issue of course is hot warm it can get inside. Without a fan in the living room it would have been unbearable. More fans are needed in the summer. We love the convenience of where the Aspens is on Blackcomb.

The space is well reno'd (we presume partial as kitchen/bath cabinets were re-fronted only and tiling is original) with attractive furniture and decor. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you really need for cooking (but bring a sharp knife!). Cozy queen bed, and comfy living area furniture. The only bad point was the internet - quite slow and often problematic. Other than that, all was good. Blackcomb Peaks does a great job of managing the property - getting into the unit is a breeze, there are lots of fluffy clean towels, salt and pepper is supplied and they are very quick to respond to any needs.

Lovely unit. Clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. 2 minor details: We found the bed in the bedroom to be a bit soft and the mattress seemed to sag in the middle. Also, the gas in the BBQ was in the red. Although we had enough gas to cook our meal I just thought I'd mention that it was low and that perhaps the BBQ gas should be checked regularly before renting out the suite. Thanks so much helping our family create lasting memories. We'll be back!

RESPONSE FROM BLACKCOMB PEAKS: Thank you, Kim, for your honest review. We are sorry you found the mattress a bit soft and that the propane tank was low during your stay. We always encourage guests to call our toll free if they need any assistance at all as we keep spare tanks on site and can replace them instantly. We do check the propane levels by lifting tanks up however it is hard to tell exactly when they are fully used. Unfortunately, it is a safety issue for tanks to be partially empty and in the building unattached to the BBQ thus we ask guests to contact us when they need a refill. We do mention this in our unit binders located at all of our properties. Regardless of this, we hope you will come back again and book your next rental home with us as we would love to have you. As usual you cannot fault the location of the aspens. Unit 302 proved to be quiet and comfortable. The furnishings were modern. However we found the bed uncomfortable as the bed dipped in the middle. The kitchen although well appointed for cooking meals only had salt and pepper provided. In previous aspen condos there has been numerous condiments in the units for guests to use

As for the split king bed, although the great benefit is the ability to easily switch from a king bed to twins, we understand that the sleeping experience with split king beds may not be as satisfactory as with a solid king size mattress. This is why we have contacted the homeowner to consider a mattress upgrade and we are also looking at some effective split king fillers & toppers to address this con side.
